From your call to the delivery

1. You call or send a quote request, and a dispatcher takes your pickup, delivery, freight and dates.
2. Dispatch matches the load with a Samad truck and driver, and books the pickup and delivery appointments.
3. The driver checks in by phone at pickup, on the road and at delivery, and dispatch keeps you posted.
4. If something changes, such as weather, traffic or a dock that is running late, dispatch calls you before it becomes a problem.
5. After delivery you get the signed paperwork and a clear invoice.
